Important Note: This is a subscription-based service. Only active, paid subscribers will be included in our route and serviced during snow events. This ensures we can deliver on our promise of fast and reliable snow removal for our committed customers. Spaces are limited to maintain service quality. Early enrollment is encouraged to secure your spot for the season. Please note: Current customers have exclusive access to enroll until September 15th 2025. After that, any remaining spots will be opened to the public.

Is snow removal service available for businesses or only for homes?

This snow removal program is exclusively for residential properties.
Do I need a subscription to receive snow removal?
Subscription Snow Removal
Yes. Only active, paid subscribers will receive service. We do not offer one-time or
per-event snow removal.
What equipment do you use for snow removal?

We use commercial-grade snow blowers and shovels only—no plow trucks. This helps protect your pavement and deliver a cleaner finish.
Is salt included in your snow removal service?

Ice melt salt is available upon request and can be applied during or after service, depending on your needs.
How much snow needs to accumulate before you'll come out to remove snow?

Service is triggered when snowfall reaches 2 inches or more, as measured locally.
Is there a snowfall limit included in the subscription?
Snowfall Subscription Limits
Yes, your monthly subscription includes up to 32 inches of total snowfall for the season. Once this threshold is met, additional snowfalls will be billed per event or per inch at a set rate.
Do multiple visits count toward the 32" cap?

Yes, each service trip contributes to your seasonal total.
What are your hours of operation for your snow removal service?

We operate between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM during snow events.
Do you provide snow removal services on holidays?
Holiday Hours
Yes, but holiday hours may be limited. Response times may vary slightly on these days.
Can I get a refund if I cancel or don’t end up needing the service?
Snow Removal Service Cancellation
No, you can not get a refund for your snow removal service. Due to the seasonal nature and limited capacity of our routes, all subscription sales are final. If you choose to cancel after signing up, a cancellation fee (equal to one month’s service) will be applied to cover route planning and reserved capacity.
